As I've said before, I am not the griller in this relationship. I may know how to create a pretty awesome marinade but that means nothing if the meat is overcooked. With that I turn over to my Fiance, the Love of my Life, and the Grilling Expert, Aaron:
As summer time
is rapidly approaching, it is time to dust off the old grill and get ready for
the grilling season. While there
is much debate as to whether or not charcoal grills are better than gas fired,
I prefer gas fired because it cleaner and easier to use. To ensure the best
flavor and overall juiciness it is important to properly prepare steak,
chicken, or fish before it placed on the grill. I like to let steak in
particular marinade for at least 12 hours before grilling. I always like to put
Montréal steak seasoning on the steak about 15 minutes before grilling after
the marinade has really set in.
